Play Pattern 5 in 12th position (A minor) with a basic sequence.

Now play Pattern 5 in 12th position (A minor) with another sequence.

Repeat common shapes an octave higher by selecting 6 notes per pattern

But, nothing beats a great 3-note per string high speed blues riff.
